I recently moved to Park 9 Apartments from Montclair at Ridgewalk - where I was renting a home. Even before we moved in - my two Pulik (Hungarian Sheepdogs) and I fell in love with our corner apartment. Now with the furniture on the patio and the container flowers on the front steps - it's starting to feel like our new home. love it here. The staff is great and any maintenance requests are handled right away!
We love our new home, and the staff has been perfect since day 1. Service requests are done right away. The neighbors are friendly and we even have valet trash service. It’s the little things that make this community stand out far above the others, and we are so fortunate to have found them!

Absolutely love it here. Amenities are great, property is gorgeous, and the location is just perfect! The staff is really what makes it so great here. Kayla, Hannah and Cole have always been so welcoming and helpful. Love you guys! Thanks for making this place home ❤️

Just moved and and I love it. Kayla was awesome with the whole move in experience. She deserves kudos. Complex is right off 575. I even walked to the outlet mall, just about 1\2 mile away. Love the pool and the gym and the apartments are the bomb. Highly recommend
