The maintenance man Heath has been extremely helpful during my short time here at Park 7. Always has a positive attitude and real nice to have a conversation with.

Update…. I just received my deposit 2 weeks ago. It took 3 months. This is just the start of my review. I’ll come back later with more documented proof of a horrible leasing experience during my short stay. I had every intention to do a review but as a traveling healthcare professional my time is limited. This rushed review was prompted by not receiving my security deposit in a timely manner. To start, my key broke three months ago, and despite bringing this issue to management’s attention multiple times, it still has not been resolved. It’s extremely frustrating to have to repeatedly follow up on something as basic and essential as access to my own home. On top of that, my significant other moved in with me over a month ago, and even after informing the office, they still have not provided her with a key or acknowledged the situation in any meaningful way.
