Very poor communication and managed apartments. There was a bad water leak somewhere on the property main line and they shut off everyone's water in the complex for a period of time to fix whatever problem that was going on. Instead of the property manager providing the bill to their company who owns the building they ended up making me fit the bill and charged me over $900 for their property water line issue. Lived here for 1 year with no complaints (only moved because I had to move cities). Maxwell in the leasing office is great, quick to respond, and caring. The maintenance team is also quick, nice, and efficient. This combined with a convenient location + large floorplans make this 5 star worthy
My experience is based on 4 years of living at this location.Do yourself a favor and avoid this headache.Yes, one star for location but the rest is just frustration.No free 1 parking, unless you don't have a car.A lot of repairing constantly for newly renovated unit.A week later the tub faucet fell off, a month layered they dug a 2feet wide hole for plumbing under the sink.6 months later flooding from above.3 years later a huge flood came out of the unit+balcony for 7 months.I told management in Jan finally fixed by Labor Da... read more
It has been long enough that I can feel comfortable reviewing this place. Moved here just before Covid and lived through the first year here. Started out normal enough but then devolved into an absolute S show. Lots of issues with parking as the lot is small and the hill to get in is atrocious. Not the main properties fault however other tenants/ delivery driver would park blocking you in or making it difficult to drive around. nice affordable apartments. manager is kind and works hard. great location for the price. haven't had any issues while there, honestly unsure why other reviews are so negative!
