This apartment was a fantastic place to live, and the rent was very affordable. The amenities were a nice bonus which included a gym, pool table, lounge room and more. The property manager, Kathleen, was always kind and very accommodating. I highly recommend living here!
It's a 3 star apartment in a 2 star neighborhood. Do with that what you will.
I only lived here for a year but the management was great! Kathleen takes the time to know all of her residents and talk to them personally. Unlike so many other places I never felt like management was trying to get extra money out of me. The property is well maintained and maintenance requests are completed as quickly as possible. Not gonna lie parking is a bit rough in there are limited spots for purchase and street parking is also limited. All in all a great place to live.
My partner and I lived in Park 3025 for nearly 7 years and we can confidently say that this is the best housing we have ever lived in. We would still be there today if we hadn't moved overseas for a job opportunity. The building is safe and secure, and the management and maintenance team (Kathleen and Steve) are very kind, professional, and were always there if we ever needed repairs or support in any way. I lived at park 3025 with my wife for about 2 years. The property manager, Kathleen, is very sweet and helpful! The facilities manager was also extremely helpful. Apartments were quiet and never heard neighbors, and short walks from stores and shops. My only issue was the surrounding area wasn't as safe as i would have liked and parking garage fee was high.
