WAY OVERPRICED come on people what is wrong with you. these units are not worth the amount of money they charge not the location or unit or building. In Vernon Hills a more lux area than Park Ridge you can get a 800Sq foot pool gym 2nd floor modern unit for $1,795.00 think twice before you become stupid
What an amazing asset Cesar is to all of us at Park 205! He's a bright, hard working problem solver as well as a genuinely delightful fellow. I've lived here 3 years and he's by FAR the best!
We have enjoyed living in Park 205 apartments. The office staff is kind and professional and Cesar leads a wonderful maintenance team. He is prompt, friendly, and highly skilled at the work he does. If you ever need assistance with anything, the entire staff is approachable and a pleasure to work with. Furthermore, the residents are all quite friendly. We highly recommend these apartments!
The units are spacious and nicely renovated. The complex is clean, quiet, and safe. I enjoyed the convenient location, parking, and community gym. Tiffany, Maria, and Brody were exceptionally kind and accommodating. Their hospitality enhanced my short time spent at Park 205. I have already recommended Park 205 to other friends!
