What an amazing asset Cesar is to all of us at Park 205! He's a bright, hard working problem solver as well as a genuinely delightful fellow. I've lived here 3 years and he's by FAR the best!
We have enjoyed living in Park 205 apartments. The office staff is kind and professional and Cesar leads a wonderful maintenance team. He is prompt, friendly, and highly skilled at the work he does. If you ever need assistance with anything, the entire staff is approachable and a pleasure to work with. Furthermore, the residents are all quite friendly. We highly recommend these apartments!
The units are spacious and nicely renovated. The complex is clean, quiet, and safe. I enjoyed the convenient location, parking, and community gym. Tiffany, Maria, and Brody were exceptionally kind and accommodating. Their hospitality enhanced my short time spent at Park 205. I have already recommended Park 205 to other friends!
It was a pleasure taking a tour of Park 205 with Brody. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable and genuinely enjoyed showing me around. Brody took pride in how well cared for the property was and looked forward to receiving the new outdoor tables and the opening of the pool. I have toured several places before finding my new apartment home. Thank you Brody!
