Manager is rude and unprofessional. Ask for anything communicated on paper or email because he always says one thing and does another. I lived here for 6 years and the manager has been holding my deposit for almost 50 days since I moved out and is ignoring my calls and emails

The manager NEVER answers he played with me and my boyfriend’s application for over 2 months, he’s unprofessional a lier and he NEVER answers.. he said we would be able to move in a week, then never called us so we called him and never answer when he did he said, “he had to give our apartment away and we will be on a waiting list smh”
