Great residents; great amenities; lots of special events with fine food and drink. Staff is incredibly helpful. Except to the East there are many great walking areas all other directions and Petco Park is right across the street. Very pet friendly. My dog Louie loves it here

Sherman and his guards smoke weed and leave property when ever they want! And Guard April Howard sleeps in her car on the side of the building on park by Lolitas while on graveyard shift...And can’t forget about Guard Jesus leaving the property for hours while on shift to see his girlfriend ...Park/12 you really need to get rid of Upland Security group and get a real legitimate Security company that is based in San Diego with supervisor local not in OC hours away that way they could check on the guards! This place is amazing! I love that the building is new and you cannot beat the amenities - two pools, two hot tubs, an arcade room and a great business center. My husband and I moved here from Indiana and we are so grateful to be living is such a welcoming community. All the residents we have met have been friendly and the staff is very accommodating as well. We are very happy with our decision to move here.
Lovely building, but horrible rules! At this price point you would think everyone would have access to all the amenities. There is an awesome rooftop deck this building has that only certain floors have access to. You can go there at any given time and it is almost always empty! You would think living in the skid row of San Diego the management would be more accommodating, considering the landscape outside of the building is undesirable. If you want to pay top dollar for a luxury experience and be treated as a second class citizen then look no further than PARK 12. I have been a resident here since they opened, there were no amenities until very recently but I knew that going in. In the 10 months I’ve lived here I have been traveling for 3 of those months and I actually had to break my lease because of a career move, I bought myself out of the contract and paid all the fees no questions asked, after all I did... STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY! SCAM ALERT! Where do I even begin. I moved into Park 12 in October of 2017, I was lured in by their 1 month of free rent, and the fact the building was almost new with no one living in it.
