Amazing customer service always, love this place. They have everything here and the place is always nicely organized and clean.
My sister went to get her hair done and was treated hostilely. The braider was aggressive and very rude. She disregarded what my sister’s vision was for her hair and when told she wasn’t doing it correctly, she started verbally attacking her. Unacceptable and will NOT be coming back.
Terrible service my friend’s sister went there to get her hair done, she respectfully didn’t like how her hair was turning out so she communicated that to the hair stylist. Instead of being professional and redoing the braids that weren’t suitable to her liking she decided to take it into her hands to become angry and aggressive with mind you a child.
