My child (12) had a sudden growth spurt that left her a bit uncoordinated and slower. Speed school has allowed her to reconnect her mind and body through focus on proper form, core work, strength training, sprints and running all disguised as fun with friends. Coach Barry has made the work both fun and effective. She is excited to run again and has improved in response time and speed on the field. And her confidence and joy in sport are returning. We can't thank you enough!
