NO STARS////////////We signed up with this provider and the worker did not show up to care for my family member, and this never was relayed to our family that the company would not be sending an aid. There was no attempt to contact us to give us this information or an attempt to send another aid. I am contacting LTC about this company as I am very dissatisfied and upset at this company for dropping the ball , leaving my loved one with out the care that should have been provided for her for 5 days .
