If I could give a zero that still wouldn't be low enough. Worst billing department I have ever encountered. I was not even sure this was a legitimate business they way it is or should I say isn't run.
I received a bill from Parish and quickly mailed in my payment to them with a check dated 12-4-18. The check cleared on 12-10-18. On 12-19-18, I received a phone call and voice message from a collection agency demanding payment. When I called them back, they said -oh, never mind we see that you have already paid. 🤬Feeling very angry.
