I went in on June 25th, 2019 to get my microbead extensions moved up closer to my root. Karen did not move all of my extensions up. She left a lot of the old beads in from like three months before that had been put in at Persuasive Hair. I scheduled with Karen at Persuasive hair because I had already waited too long and didn't want to wait to schedule. Once I got home in under an hour about 4 extensions came out. While this is our first complaint about our extension work in our history, we still take it very seriously. Karen owns and manages Paris Wigs & Extensions and does not work at Persuasive Hair. If anything, communication is missing or misrepresented in Arlene Robledo's post. We did our best to educate Arlene, she claimed she understood... One of the main features of microbead extensions is that the beads can be serviced (opened with a tool slid closer to the scalp and reclamped). She has an experienced specialized eye for extensions,matching color,and installation that matches your lifestyle...for example I love to wear a high bun ,so she installs them so I can do that with confidence and ease ! I have always had short hair since high school. I am just not the type of gal to have it long because I have an itch to have it short everytime it grows. I finally got to see myself with long hair today thanks to Karen :) I went to Karen today and honestly she did a wonderful job. I walked into the store very VERY awkward, told Karen about my situation, and she got me on a chair and finished my hair in no time :) I know I was a bit quiet (sorry) but the reason for it was because I was freaking out inside.
