This place needs a serious policy change. The staff and doctors were very nice but the policy’s put in place by I’m sure someone in an office somewhere needs to be revisited. I’m so disappointed with this surgery center’s policy of keeping parents from their children during sedation. My 2.5-year-old needed a broken bone reset, no cutting, just sedation and I wasn’t allowed to be with him. They promised a certain nurse would stay with him the entire time, but when he came out, it was a completely different (male) nurse. The d... read more
They do a good job medically, but this place is a cash cow. Demand payment up front and we’re still getting new bills 11 month later. Look elsewhere.
