Zero stars is what they deserve. My grandfather was there, recovering just fine from an injury from a fall, until "hospital policy" and negligent "nurses" couldn't manage him for ONE hour (the one hour in his weeks-long stay that neither my mom nor grandmother could be there). He tried to stand, he fell, he broke a hip and started the whole treatment and recover process all over again, but from a much worse position (his first injury wasn't nearly so severe).
