Miguel was my agent- he told me a certain apartment that I was interested in didn't go by credit, so I filled out the application and paid the $30 fee just to find out that apartment DID indeed go by credit!!! If he would've gave me the correct information or said he wasn't sure, I would've NEVER applied and wasted my time, money and excitement!
