I can’t believe I just drove 20 minutes to Paris Opticians to be told the “Part-Timer” couldn’t help me and I would have to come back when “Cindy” is back from vacation because sHe doesn’t how to work this kind of material. I work so it’ll be another week before I can get my glasses fixed. Considering I paid over $500 dollars for them and I called yesterday an no one told me the “part-timer” doesn’t know how to do her job.

Excellent customer service! Needed new sunglasses ( progressive bifocals) and I’m happy to say they are perfect! I’m thrilled to have them! Cindy helped me pick the perfect light weight frame!

I have been a customer of Paris Opticians for half a dozen years. I got my eye exams and glasses from them. I like their thorough attention to detail and the fact that the staff take their time to get everything right. Also, when my cataracts got to the point of my needing lens replacement, they referred me to the right surgical specialist who did a 100% great job. I will continue to be a customer of Paris Opticians.
If had the same optician for 15 year plus Dr Utz.is Great. Cindy is fantastic and will take care of all your needs. Hands down the Best place in Town for check ups and all your eye wear needs.
