I am not usually the type to leave reviews if I dislike something but I left the salon really upset. I went in for acrylics and I had an inspo pic. I wasn’t upset by the wait because I knew they were busy but I was more upset at the fact that it wasn’t what I asked for. When he started the pointer finger he drew dots on the finger. I went here for my first time today and was VERY anxious since I am a nail biter. My best friend brought me with her and their prices were very good. Francis did SUCH an amazing job and his techniques were so impressive! I definitely will be back. Thank you Francis! 🩷
Kinda annoyed with this whole situation. It’s been only a week since i’ve had a mani/pedi here and honestly feels like a waste of money. Normally I do my own gel nails and they last weeks but I was trying to treat myself as i’m going to be going into labor soon. Asked for a signature manicure with gel polish (which i have gotten at this salon before the first time i came) should have been $25. Nail tech charged me for Gel Manicure which is $40. I had an unpleasant experience with a nail technician named Ben. He did not greet me upon arrival and appeared disengaged, as if he didn’t want to be at work. His tone was aggressive when asking me questions. When I asked for his name, he initially told me it was "Tom”, likely forgetting that he needed to write his name on the form with the pricing details.
