Went in for a gel x SOAK OFF. Let me emphasize soak off , not a take off. AKA ripping my fake nails off which hurts and is super bad for your natural nails!!! The nail tech proceeds to ignore my service request and goes and ahead and attempts to just rip them off . I told her I do not want that , because my natural nails are fragile and that it hurts . The atmosphere was lovely and my hand and feet look amazing! I will be back.
