0/10 not honest about pricing. Said set was $45 then when it came time to pay they said $75, they also changed the price from $15 to $20 after saying it was $15. If I can give 0 stars I would. I truly dislike money hungry businesses that cant be honest.
Was not impressed by the customer service. Took up alot of time. not impressed. did opposite of what was requested
Waste of time and extra money. Time is money! I just recommend everyone go to Nails for you upstairs. Customer service was disappointing. Make sure they get it right the first time if you do come here.
I only visited this salon for a gel polish removal. An e-file (drill) was used to remove the gel, and within a few days several of my nails developed bruising under the nail bed and are quite painful and sensitive. I’m disappointed because I wasn’t expecting this after a simple gel removal, and I hope more care is taken during the removal process.
