Overpriced terrible service
Very disappointed with my experience. The shape of my nails was not done correctly and the length was much shorter than what I asked for. I told the technician that it wasn’t right, but she didn’t listen and was very rude. I also asked for a specific colour at the beginning and was told they had it. After everything was done, I was then told they were out of that colour. When I raised concerns about the length and thickness of my nails, she was rude and refused to fix them. I will never visit again
Good job by Trish today getting a shellac Polish change. Quick and efficient service. Cost $25 (Pricing a bit steep but at the mall so I guess it balances out for convienance)
