My daughter and I stopped in on a Sunday late afternoon. The staff were extremely accommodating and professional. My daughter got French tips as a birthday gift and was thrilled with how well they looked. I got a pedicure and it was fantastic!
Everyone was kind and amazing. My nails dip and pedicure came out exactly how I wanted it 10/10. Will be back for sure
First time getting my nails done out here in Cincinnati and was veryy disappointed. I specifically mentioned these were my birthday nails and she helped someone else in the middle of my pedicure and the water got cold and just dampened my whole pampering experience. As well as cutting a whole chunk off my toenail . And my nails were way too thick . I was hoping to love this place and make it my new spot but not gonna be coming back .

Always a great expo and my nails always look great!! They have a great selection of glitter which is always my go to!
