10/28 Paid $140 for pedi w/gel and nails. 10/29 noticed the gel was lumpy so went back and lady told me to change color because she thought the gel was bad so I did. 10/30–2 nails popped off so I went back that afternoon to have fixed. 10/31–Another nail popped off, called the shop to let them know I had been in there 3 times already and was out of town and would come back in on 11/2. I have been to this place a few times. It was a lovely experience when the business first opened. But has gone downhill quickly from there. Today I came in at 1 pm (Tuesday) hoping they wouldn't be busy. I was assigned a nail tech right away. A lady came in after me and requested my nail tech. He was immediately pulled and assigned to her. And I sat there for a long while waiting for service. The lady who said she would do my nails finally comes back only to leave again for another while. Just a mom trying to do something nice for herself, Got my nails done asked for a French tip and not even a week my nails need a refill, the lady who did them was rude she blamed me for the shellac spreading and she was bothered that she had to redo the ones that she messed up on (she was spreading the shellac with the brush while creating the French) i did not say anything until i saw that she missed out on fixing some nails. Always a great atmosphere to come to get your nails & feet done! You can also sip wine & unwind while being pampered. There is not one technician that cannot do an awesome job! Very nice & professional. I was pressed for time & the manager had two women working on me at once to get me taken care of. Miss De does my nails and eyebrows btw. Walked out of appointment after they were rude .told me they couldn't do my design at all and rushed me to pick something else and than when I did they didn't like the color I picked . Call my husband in tears went to another nail salon did exactly what I wanted and better
