I am only giving a 1 star because I cannot put a 0. On boxing day I bought my husband a chain for our wedding anniversary. I was really indecisive and specifically asked the sales person if I could return it for a refund if I changed my mind. She said absolutely, I double checked with her that it was a refund not a credit, which she confirmed.
