I needed a formal for my niece's wedding and found the perfect dress at Paris House. I made an appointment for the alterations required on August 10th, the seamstress was a delight. i picked up the dress today and it was perfect. Carolyn worked with me she is very charming and easy to work with. I highly recommend Paris House, beautiful dresses and a wonderful and knowledgeable staff. Thank you
This place is HORRIBLE, the owner/manager is rude & needs to go to a customer service training class. Their dresses are cheap looking anyway. I would recommend to my dog
The owner is rude. I called and changed my mind on the option and tried to work something out with the owner. I hardly was able to get a word in. She interrupted me several times. When a customer calls with an issue, you listen to the customers issue and at least try to understand where they are coming from. Some of her words were, “well I don’t know what kind of business your in but my ladies get paid on commissions as soon as you make your deposit on a dress even if it’s not ordered, “well you signed the contract,” that cl... read more
