The dealer responded very quickly
I saw them on Sat and they said they would be in touch on Monday. It's now 2pm Monday and I'm still waiting. Only a few more hrs they can reach me so we will see. It's now tues and I've heard nothing. Its now 2wks later and I still haven't heard from them. Way to go Paris Ford - your customer service is horrible!
I had to contact them. Because I had driven 130 miles to see the car, I think they thought I would take a bad deal. I didn't trade.
Never responded to my email, call them directly and were very helpful, keeping in touch on a regular basis. Still have to make the trip to look at the truck in person. Very reasonable prices. Hope we can close the deal.
After viewing what was available in our area we decided Paris Ford had the best deal. We drove 2hours to see the car. The salesman was quick and friendly but not pushy. The negotiation was quick and in my favor so we bought the car. The dealer has been extremely helpful with questions and other things overall it was an excellent experience and I love my car and will be going back to the dealer if ever in need of service.
The jeep was a piece clutch was going out,the blinkers did not work ,and than they only wanted to give me 4,800 for 2004crew cab pick up.I guess they thought I was stupid..
Their statement was "the car is here" No additional response hi, bye, really wanna buy......
