I was unsatisfied with what was delivered after I called and gave creative freedom and a few instructions of what I wanted nicer more luxurious flowers and was disappointed with the cheap looking arrangement that was sent out I called to calmly state my concerns and was met with a lack of care the lady on the phone was not helpful nor was she apologetic like I was hoping she just doubled down on what I was saying and didn’t offer any solution.
