Benette was a doll and so incredibly helpful!! I was inquiring about having them do my wedding bouquet, and my momma and I were able to come in and talk and discuss what I was wanting! Even after changing the style of bouquet I wanted after our appointment, she did an amazing job! We discussed the changes over the phone, and she got me exactly what I wanted! It couldn’t have turned out better and was the perfect bouquet for my big day!! (The photos don’t do it justice! Was so beautiful and perfect!!)
WONDERFUL service. Went to the shop at 1:30. They were taking a casket spray with a large delivery to a funeral home a few miles out of town at 3pm. By subtle comments heard from a couple of the staff, I could tell they had a lot to get done before they left. And even though I was pretty sure I was too late for my arrangement to make it for the only delivery, they actually called me to tell me they had been able to get mine done and it WOULD be delivered! Probably the kindest lady I think I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with and so helpful with my son’s prom flowers. We started with an idea with flowers that weren’t in yet to be able to see but I trusted her vision and they more than delivered and hit the nail on the head! Thank y’all SO much!
I cannot express enough how wonderful this florist and the customer service is. You won't be disappointed. They are absolutely amazing. I don't write reviews but had to let everyone know how exceptional this florist is. Wish I could give 100 stars!
