I recently had a bad experience here. We work late and were trying to get our laundry done. On the website for the centre street location it says last load in at 8:30p. We got there at 8 started our laundry and had it in the dryer by no later than 8:40p. We had about 15 minutes left on our dryer when one of the employees came over and was like we close at 9 so you can't let your laundry finish the time. I was like are you serious. RecommendedEvery time I clean my clothes here the employees are always cleaning! And they are friendly & helpful! I talked to someone while they were doing laundry and they said the same thing.
We took our clothes in, first time since we are new to the area, they lost my husbands jacket. They seem to think we are just so stupid that we left it home. It's a red, white and blue Jacket, not easy to miss but somehow they did. Never using them again, poor service.
