This place is filthy- need to take some pride in management and clean this place.
Workers weren’t too friendly...They didn’t clearly explain that some washers you use a card the others u use a ap on your phone... I loaded my card and had to turn around to put my card in the ap to use that as well! Geting ready to leave come to find out one of my dryers didn’t work so my stuff was still wet I began to use a different dryer and the workers says oh we are closed now ... no refund no credit just WET CLOTHES won’t recommend & won’t return
Went on a Sunday morning, expecting it to be busy! It wasn't! I hadn't been there in a while so wasn't super sure what to do! The employee helped me through it and showed me all the different sizes of washers! She also was cleaning the whole time!

The place was clean, but half the machines don't work. And that card BS? What is wrong with MONEY? CASH? LEGAL TENDER?
I have been using the laundry mat on Centre st for several months now. After today I will never go back. I the lady the works the weekends is sweet and awesome, however the 2 ladies that where there this morning need to learn a thing a or 2 about customer service. I won’t blast the specifics on social media, but if the company would like to reach out I will explain. What I saw today was a disgrace to the customer service workers of the world.
I don't have to use a laundromat very often, in fact it's probably been a few years since I have. There's a lot of technology changes in how to use the machines and how you pay for it. I went in tonight with a large comforter and a few blankets that needed to go into the large front end loaders. The two employees there we not only friendly, but they went out of their way to show me what to do. Thank you for making an old lady not feel stupid.
