I went online and got pre-qualified for a specific vehicle. It was after the dealership had closed. I sent a message with the online live chat individual. They told me the vehicle was still on the lot. So I clicked on capital one's link to get pre-qualified. And was pre-qualified. Salesperson let customer know vehicle had not arrived at our store yet (as of 2/28/2022). We were not sure when the vehicle would be delivered so let customer know that we would reach out to her as soon as the vehicle arrived. She wanted to know the rebates on the vehicle.
