The food is incredible. I do think it would keep the like moving smoother if there was just one set of tongs for each item. That would free up space and the big pile of tongs wouldn't be needed. I noticed this spot was a bottleneck. Also having some variety boxes premade up on quantities of 4 or 6 would probably sell fast for customers that are just looking to grap pastries quickly and be able to get in line faster. Seriously though the place is gorgeous and the food is just as much so and delicious.
