The McCandless location was not well kept. The tongs were all dirty. We ordered and paid for a sandwich and the cashier forgot about it and burnt it. When he went to grab a new one he grabbed the incorrect one that was less money. I didn't notice until a couple bites in and at this point everyone else was done eating, so I just let it go. I hope I have a better experience next time. The Shadyside and Columbus locations are much better.
Fun place to go! They have dessert happy hour too with $2 desserts with their app. Can get quite pricy especially if you can’t just choose one, which can be quite difficult!
Amazing French Korean bakery in Pittsburgh PA
They have premade sandwiches and therefore you can't substitute anything on the sandwiches. Every sandwich has either mayonnaise or Dijon mustard. Very disappointed!! They refuse to make any sandwiches fresh for individuals with allergies.
Not sure why this place opens at 6 yet they have nothing ready to go. It's just really disappointing to go out of my way for nothing. I can't say if the food is any good because I didn't get to try anything since nothing was available. The workers were polite and said to try coming back around 7. Then why not just open at 7?
