The pastries are SO delicious! Their sandwiches are good too. The rainbow cake is amazing! I can’t wait to try more of their cakes. I like that they also sell it by the slice so you know which one you like best when you order a full cake. They could definitely improve their customer service at the Northridge location. I’ve have good experiences at other locations, but that one could definitely use improvement.
Customer service is lacking. Their pastries and coffee are subpar. You can get better coffee at the Coffee Bean next door.
