Love the bread but the employees are horrible, take them out of there misery please. No “hello” or “thank you” feels like you’re talking to a wall. What happened to customer service? I love this place but when I’m being checked out by someone who doesn’t say a single word is concerning. I had to ask if they can scan my rewards, I was doing most of the talking. What’s going on with today’s society, no more “hello”?
I put 3 stars for food because the food is typically good BUT today there was no food! It’s literally closed. Went down at 7 when it’s supposed to open, was patient and went back at 8am. Still closed. At least just put a sign on the door the night before that you won’t be opening on time the next day. It’s just common courtesy.
Staffs are rude, the caffe quality is always bad quality. Cappuccino with no foam and not hot enough. They are so slow and lack of staff! The cashier do all things together.

DO NOT ORDER CAKES FROM THIS PLACE. THIS BAKERY RUINED MY BIRTHDAY. I ordered a cake online, and the pickup time was supposed to be 6 p.m. A woman called me on the day of pickup at 3:21 p.m. and told me they didn't have the cake available. I asked for a refund, and she just kept saying "24." I asked her 24 what? 24 hours?" she said yes. She was unprofessional and didn't even speak English well. It's been four business days, and I still haven't received my refund.
