I wasn't greeted or asked if I needed help at the checkout. The employee started ringing up the customer next to me despite my presence, and she didn't speak to me at any point during the process. Additionally, another employee, whom I believe is the manager with a black ponytail, stood silently at the register, just staring at me. Overall, it was an uncomfortable and strange experience. Three employees were working, and not one person spoke.
All the pastries are great large selection and the coffee is good also
Very bad customer service. The food is good, but they need to change up the employees, all of them are disrespectful.
This store has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. My friend and I went in today, bought five cream breads, and the hijabi cashier completely ignored us. After she just handed them to us, my friend and I had to put them in the bag ourselves—no help, no care, just a cold stare while she chatted with her coworker.
