Felipe was great
Their cakes and pastries are phenomenal. Always moist and flavorful. The icings used in their cakes are a light and airy french buttercream which doesn't overpower the cake or overwhelm your taste buds with too much suger, but compliments all the other flavors of ingredients unlike what most "bakeries" serve today. Just about everything is topped and decorated beautifully with lots of fresh fruits. If you are looking for a large customized cake made to look like something else or fit a theme, this is probably not your place.... read more
After being accused of not paying for the drink I was waiting for the staff tried to give me a different drink than I ordered because she couldn’t find the one I ordered on the screen I finally got what I paid for. No apology or no nothing. Customer service is severely lacking. I won’t b back
If you haven’t had anything from this place yet, I highly recommend you do. I am making it my mission to try everything on the menu simply because everything I’ve tried so far is scrumptious. Even their coffee is delicious. Please check this place out, you will not regret it!
This place is a hidden gem! I've been wanting to go but the last couple times I ate at the H-Mart food court we finished eating after they closed (7:00 pm). My friend told me that the food is amazing but the customer service wasn't great so I had mixed feelings going in. The store was clean, attractive, and well lit. It's self-serve with lined trays and tongs for you to choose your selections, then they're packed up for you at the register.
