Always something missing with online orders. They then say they will refund it, but never do. How hard is it to call and say you’re out of something and offer a substitute?
They can be a hit or miss tbh. Love lavazza coffee, food is always good but their service can make it or break it. There’s one who always has a tude and gets annoyed when you ask him for something different. I’m sorry that you’re the cashier taking my order????
