Good pastries but poor customer service! The line is always long because cashiers take their time so much being rude to customers!
I used to love this place. Was actually getting a cake last time. Patiently waiting in line when I saw a man cutting the line preordering this cake. At first I thought maybe we could do that. So when I approached the crew, she said the Fresh Cream cake that I wanted was already taken. And to my surprise she said I can only order the cake from the counter! So how come this man who cut the line was able to reserve the cake? And when I looked to where he is, well he was way at the back of the line while I am already in the cash... read more
Great place And noble sweeties,
Terrible slow service. I frequent the locations in Cupertino and Saratoga and I have to say that this location is nothing like those two. Very disappointed.
