Just as bad as anesthesiologist pain Doctor Michael Tran in Santa Rosa. All they want is money. Hurry in and out. Never really listens. Rush rush rush.
unsympathetic to patients ability to access office area long, long distance from front to their office, imposable to get reasonable appointment scheduled even if you are in great pain with no overflow access to another phys. nor referral. very, very unhappy with level of service. waited over 1 and 1/2 hours to see Dr. with an apointmemt, not happy with this practice. I can not make a Dr. treat me but I am very unhappy with this practice and will active seek another care giver.
Her staff was friendly and helpful. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions.
Unfortunately, her lIstening skills need improvement. Was better 2 years ago when I first started with her, but there's really no management of pain.
Very competent MD. Ability to discuss difficult problems with you. Technically able to perform complex procedures. Long term management with patients.
