I feel like Parents Autocare took advantage of me. I trusted that they would fulfill their promise on their website of "Honesty – do only the work necessary." However, they did nearly $1,500 worth of work when the actual problem turned out to be a $300 fix. I am really disappointed.
They tried to sell me an 800 dollar seat belt buckle which I found through a google search was covered under a lifetime warranty. Went to the dealer and got it done free.
They do good work but there prices are a little on the high side, but they did get me in right away.
Very professional and fast service! I have never been disappointed.
