They quit carrying the oil for my car for one thing and then today they informed my husband that they will not do the military discount for him any more. You just lost a customer for that one. we won't be back.

just lost a customer, was denied service because they close at 6. it was 5:20 when i got there. there was 2 cars in front of me but i think, an oil change can be done in ten min.

Put in the oil the customer requests, not high dollar synthetic oil that I NEVER use and charge me double !!! $ 124.96 for a gas half ton Chevy truck is ridiculous!! And not even check tires or anything else ! Didn't offer to fix the mistake! Avoid this place !
In the 10+ yrs I’ve been using Pardues I have never waited longer than 20 minutes to get in and out. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.
