Poor customer service, asked for a manicure and was not offered a menu. A lady just came over and started on my nails. Don't waste your time coming here, I should of read the reviews.

I got a pedicure at the Laguna Niguel location for the first time. Lived locally for 20+ years. The nice lady that gave me a pedicure did a great job and I was happy with the results, but it was not worth the price being that the customer service wasn’t 100%. Was hoping to be offered water or a beverage for the hype. After the pedicure, I was not given any direction to wait to help me put my sandals on or to just put my sandals on myself (which I did). My sister and I have been regulars at this salon for a long time, and we’ve always given them our business. That’s why this experience was so disappointing. We spent over $250 here today, and the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. Getting your nails done should be a relaxing experience, not a headache. I love my nails service done by Terry and Sandra, always great. Front desk worker Ngoc should be fired!! Not only terrible at scheduling appointments but also mean and unprofessional.
