If i could put no stars I would. So disgusted and annoyed after today’s visit. I’ve come a couple times and never had an issue with a nail tech until today. This guy was extremely rude that did my nails, i never got his name but he had the blonde dyed hair. First he started off with a bad attitude, not sure why. This place sucks. The owner is bratty and the quality of nails is trash. Service and experience sucks. Don't waste your money!
Poor customer service, asked for a manicure and was not offered a menu. A lady just came over and started on my nails. Don't waste your time coming here, I should of read the reviews.
I got a pedicure at the Laguna Niguel location for the first time. Lived locally for 20+ years. The nice lady that gave me a pedicure did a great job and I was happy with the results, but it was not worth the price being that the customer service wasn’t 100%. Was hoping to be offered water or a beverage for the hype. After the pedicure, I was not given any direction to wait to help me put my sandals on or to just put my sandals on myself (which I did). My sister and I have been regulars at this salon for a long time, and we’ve always given them our business. That’s why this experience was so disappointing. We spent over $250 here today, and the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. Getting your nails done should be a relaxing experience, not a headache.
