Very fast, polite, helpful. Will definitely call in the future for any plumbing repairs.
We use John Pardo, Scott and Nate all the time. I am a property manager for about 50+ units in central Florida. I text John the jobs address and the tenants phone number if there is one and he sends someone out and the Sh*t gets done! (no pun intended) The price is reasonable and the work gets done professionally. I trust his guys to do the right thing and solve the problems we have. Terrible experience with plumber. Non verbal, would not Cooperate, had a chip on his shoulder from the get go.. Ended up with mismatched shower head and plate because he would not explain to us as to correct purchase. He said it would be an charge extra to return after new shower installation. Charged us exorbitant amount.
You have been warned. This company will come in and break your toilet and not come back for 5 days. And then when you’re scheduled for them to fix it they still don’t come. If I could this company zero stars I will. Scott the manager lied me multiple times. If the higher up is misleading and lying- who can you get proper service from?!! ANOTHER COMPANY!
