Great Doctor. I've been seeing Dr Pardon for 30 years. Takes his time with patients . Makes you feel like a friend rather than a patient.
Unfortunately, I never got a chance to meet Dr. Pardo because of his terrible staff. My physician sent a referral, then I did receive a call from them saying it was received and that it would take a few days for Dr. Pardo to review the records, then they'd call to schedule the appointment. Actually my name is Maureen and I give Dr Manuel Pardo's office just 1 star because at least they answered their phone when I called. I was referred to this doctor by my PCP I believe in August 2020 and I called their office to make an appt for hypothyroidism but they said the doctor has to first see my medical history and it takes him 2 months, then he approves which patients he chooses to see. I needed an appt ASAP and they said I had to wait minimum 2 months. I waited but didn't hear back from them so I called them on Nov... read more
