Pardee found evaporator coil leaks in my two year old air handler during an Advantage program HVAC system check up. This is the third Lennox air handler diagnosed, by Pardee, with coil leaks in the past 10 years. This Lennox heat pump has had many problems since it was originally installed by Pardee. We have used Pardee for our HVAC for years. Doug came out today for the yearly maintenance check. He was not only on time but was very polite and easy to talk with. He treated our property like it was his. He even went a step above and changed a burned out light in my attic so I wouldn’t have to go up their. He explained everything and made sure I understood. He made sure the house was clean when he left. I highly recommend Doug and Pardee Service Experts

The team of Damien, King and Savion replaced my AC unit on Saturday September 21. They arrived within the window of time set for the appointment. They told me who they were and what they were going to do. They got right to work and worked steady until the job was finished. They kept me informed and I appreciate that. I have been a customer of Pardee for many years. I was really impress with the technichan I had today. He name was Jon. He went over and above and I believe he needs to be praised for a job well done. Something you don't find anymore is a younger person being respectful, polite and his willingness to do a complete job on servicing the HVAC unit. Also, he rolled up my garden hose, made sure my back gate was locked, picked up after himself. Kudo's Jon great job,

John & James just did the annual check-up on my heating & air units. They were very pleasant & friendly. They finished quickly & let me know everything was fine. They made me feel good that all was well with my units.

SHOULD BE AN OPTION FOR "0" STARS BEWARE if you call them to do work for a family member that is a senior citizen. They completely took advantage of my 85 year old Mother that did not realize what she was signing up for. They suckered her into a 10 year contract at $226 a month. If I'm not mistaken most if not all HVAC systems come with a 10 year warranty. While the plan they sold her did include maintenance, service and replacement, it also came to a total of $27,120 over 10 years. Who in their right mind would pay for tha... read more

Absolutely the best service we have had. Shaun Arrived on time with great communication. From the moment he walked on site, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism. He was knowledgeable, and proficient. We felt very confident in Pardee and their service that we went ahead and had a new water heater installed THAT DAY!
