They stopped by on Friday and I showed them the AC unit.  Don: “Ms. Kelly, um, I’m here to inspect the plumbing.” Me: “Awkward….” Long work week, I was  thinking about the work at my desk, what can I say?! 🤣🤣🙄 I share that as most of us have had those moments for a good laugh. After feeling and looking like a fool on my part, they took care of us, gave recommendations, and as always, were so helpful. Thank you!

We had several plumbing issues! Bill Smith replaced faulty sump pump. Then connected new sink with new plumbing fixtures. He also replaced water stops and showed us how to turn off the water. He installed new faucet. Finally, he installed lavatory Pop-up assembly for 2-bathroom sinks. We appreciated his expertise as he moved from one project to another easily and efficiently. He could not have been nicer. He is one of the reasons, we choose Service Experts. Thanks again.

I just bought an entire AC system with this company in 2021. Yesterday it stopped blowing cold air. They charged me 100 just to come. When they got there, they wanted 240 to cool it down and another 325 for a part. It should be a crime to leave someone in the heat. I got the part for 35 from ACE hardware. And guess what - I sat there with the hose and cooled it down all by myself for 15 minutes for free. Then a gentleman came and installed the new part for 60. The expert came out, took pictures, and provided an estimate. He completed the work then we noticed there was a leak. When I called, I was given the run around about how the portion of the work on the boiler wasn't included in the pictures which they took when in fact it was included in the pictures. Comfort Masters insisted that they'd come out and it wouldn't be covered under warranty. I'm very unhappy with Comfort Masters. They are expensive and do subpar work. What’s the hell is wrong with these people? I asked to remove my number from their calling list 10 times and they are still calling me! Even if I will ever need a repair I will NEVER call this company!

I contacted Falso Company in March of 2025 for an estimate to replace my 20 year old central a/c unit in my attic. I received an estimate within 5 days!! They installed a new air handler unit in the attic and replaced the outside air conditioner within 2 weeks. They had to come back in May to make some adjustments once the unit was running during the summer months.
