I am giving this rating because pardee does not have qualified nurses to put in IV before surgery. There MO is to blame the patient for there incompetence. So they can kiss my ass. Next time I bring my own nurse
Emergency Room Experience: I took my 101 year old mother-in-law into the Pardee Emergency Room at 11:00 PM tonight, Jan 2, and was told that she would have a 9and1/2 hour wait for treatment. That's tomorrow's shift. There was hardly anyone there. I could drive to Greenville SC in 1 hour, Columbia in 3 hours, Atlanta in 4 hours can anyone tell me why the Emergency Room is not fully staffed for the people of Henderson County??? We had inattentive nurses. I had to change the sheets on my daughter's bed and ask several times for a bag for her to vomit into. Finally, I had to get it myself. I could go on about how neglected my daughter was. It was good that I was there to take care of her since they did not. Then they billed me and did not bill my insurance. They also did not even deduct the co -pay I had to pay before treatment from the bill. I will not go there or take any of my family there again.
