You guys don't build your homes well at all. I pray that you guys will do a better job in the future. Unreal some of the work Pardee provides that not even legal. I would ask whomever is in charge, triple check the work.
Pardee homes is a joke never buy a home from them or you will be fighting to get anything fix they never want to fix anything. Like our island is not level but the refused to fix it. Please go get a house somewhere else.
