Was looking at the reviews to see if this would be a good place to switch care. Glad I did this because I feel like I dodged a bullet! Apparently the office staff is ruining the practice. And the search continues…

I been a patient with Dr. Christopher Paul Sanders for a very long time. He has been the best doctor I had been to so far. But every time I go sit in the lobby I would hear the phone "Ringing" for 10 minutes. While the phone is "Ringing" the ladies at the desk is laughing about how their kids are doing in school. Seriously?? You care about your kids then answering the "Phone"? That is 100% NOT acceptable. They should be answering their Phone calls rather than chatting to each other. DOES ANYONE ACTUALLY WORK HERE??? I've called multiple times, left voicemails, and have NEVER once received a call back after several months. I've even sent an email to the email address on the website and -- you won't believe this -- NO RESPONSE EITHER. At least have the decency to call/email people back. Shame on you for acting this unprofessionally. This is the healthcare industry and y'all can't return a simple, 2 minute phone call.

Office staff is terrible. I liked my doctor fine but 100% of my interactions with the office staff left me frustrated. They are rude, inefficent and unhelpful. Zero stars if I could. Also if you are sick don’t bother calling. Just go to urgent care they aren’t going to see you.

Dr. Laura Hill is beyond exceptional. She provides the best care and truly listens. I could not ask for a better PCP and recommend her to anyone. Also Aloura had been phenomenal and is so kind, everything a nurse should be. Kat the PA is wonderful and has been there for me through an illness. This practice is so lucky to have the 3 of them.
