Edwards repaired the same hernia twice. I know the first one failed so he did it again. Another doctor made note of seeing a problem with it during a MRI for something else so I went to him a third time for it. I called about a week after the scan to find out the results and make an appointment but was met with a rather hateful woman on the phone who jumped on me for calling too soon for him to have read it "you can't actually expect dr.edwards to have had time to review your imaging this soon" and that I would be called bac... read more
I had surgery with Dr. Edwards June 3, 2026. I have been with the program since October 2025. This was a seamless process. Highly recommend.
I had surgery back in November of 25 so almost 3 months out and this entire experience has been nothing short of amazing. They have everything you need from counselors, to amazing PA's, and dieticians. Everything is explained really well and I have met most of the people in the office and they are all extremely nice. Alex and Dr Edwards are both amazing and I am so happy I chose to go with them for my surgery. I recommend them to anyone and everyone!
Dr. Edwards, Alex B. and Judie are AMAZING. True compassionate, professional and personable people. Unfortunately, Carla B. Shook is a bigot. She’s rude, disrespectful and downright cruel. She should not be in charge of being a patient advocate or liaison. Also any time I reached out for help, I was told to “google it” or contact someone else.
