I had surgery back in November of 25 so almost 3 months out and this entire experience has been nothing short of amazing. They have everything you need from counselors, to amazing PA's, and dieticians. Everything is explained really well and I have met most of the people in the office and they are all extremely nice. Alex and Dr Edwards are both amazing and I am so happy I chose to go with them for my surgery. I recommend them to anyone and everyone!
Dr. Edwards, Alex B. and Judie are AMAZING. True compassionate, professional and personable people. Unfortunately, Carla B. Shook is a bigot. She’s rude, disrespectful and downright cruel. She should not be in charge of being a patient advocate or liaison. Also any time I reached out for help, I was told to “google it” or contact someone else. I like Alexandra, the PA, a lot! She’s excellent. Dr. Edwards is good, too. Carleen the dietician is great. However, I did not have a great experience with all the staff. Some of them were very unfriendly and unhelpful. I also felt like the program was very rushed.
