Poorly run office. The phones are never answered. I have left messages no one contacted/ called me back. Paged the doctor, no call back. Went in person, we were told the doctor wasn’t in. My aunt needs a refill on her medicine. Where is the contribution to the community? You leave the elderly and poor desperate for answers and then never offer any. I don’t want to give her name just to avoid retaliation towards her. Dr. Parchuri you should be ashamed of yourself not being available to those that depend on you.
Dr.Parchuri and staff are thee nicest staff I’ve have dealt with in the medical profession. Always a good visit with positive outcomes. I’m very happy with the way I’m treated, records are always in order and Heidi and Zira are So nice to talk to. Dr.Parchuri is a great guy, who will listen to everything you have to say and treat you like a person, not a number
Dr. Ramesh Patchuri is both kind and compassionate. He provides excellent considerate care to the community he serves.
A very caring doctor, friendly staff. Would not change him for any other doctor.
