I am VERY thankful for Dr. Parchuri and his staff. The attention and treatment that I have received have brought me great relief WITHOUT surgery. Having worked and retired as a Customer Service Trainer, I pay particular attention to interactions between internal and external customers (staff members and patients); Dr. Parchuri can be proud of his people. My expereince was horrible with Dr. Parchuri's staff. His front office staff were always rude to me and other patients in the waiting room. On my last visit, Dr. Parchuri said a staff member would schedule my surgery and call me the following Monday. I waited until Wednesday to hear from her. I finally called to ask when my surgery would be. In a hateful voice, said replied that she had been busy and had not scheduled it yet. I always feel like I am always imposing on them.
