Very disappointed with my experience tonight. I ordered two burgers, fries and a grilled cheese sandwich and waited approximately 20 minutes past the time they said it would be ready (a total of a 45 minute wait). When my order finally came up, I realized they had given it to someone else. I was the one who chased after the guy, not one person there even attempted to. I didn't catch him.
