While the community here is nice, the cons of living in this complex far outweigh the pros. The parking situation is an absolute nightmare. The guest parking policy is completely absurd—you’re only allowed one guest per apartment for a few days per month. But even worse, the ENTIRE community is limited to just 10 guest that can be registered at a time. I haven’t been able to register a guest in months because obviously it is common that the entire community has 10 guests. Previously, you could at least reserve a day and time... read more
Responsive, hardworking, excellent staff, amenities and location.
When we first moved everything was great except the grills which took 3 months to repair . The next biggest problem is parking !!!! They changed policy and never sent email about that. Now you can not have attention more than 10!! Guest spaces for the whole community !!!! 4 buildings , hundreds of flats and only 10 guest parking spots . This is ridiculous and insane !!! We live in a 2 bedroom apartment, 2 adults , 2 cars that is standard ! But they allow out to 5 cars per 2 bedroom apartment . Why can not I then have guests ... read more
Updated Review: After 14 months of living in Parc3400, I have the opportunity to compare its current situation with the time I wrote the last review. The staff and the environment are still pretty good, however, after a change in management I'm seeing signs of a mindset shift. It looks like they're in money/power saving mode. The special vibe they gave to the residents is gone. Our elevator hasn't been working for more than 10 days and they don't even send an email to apologize and elaborate on that.
